TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Bookings for initial assessments will be confirmed only once payment is made. To avoid losing your booking, it is advised that payment is made promptly after agreeing a date/time for the assessment.
- No refunds will be given for any cancellations less than 4 weeks before an initial assessment appointment date. Other than that, I am always flexible and will be happy to reschedule if necessary. Please note: This is an expectation that I have of my clients too.
- Clients who buy & book a block of follow-up sessions after the initial assessment will be given access to ongoing support through WhatsApp. Clients may contact me at any time but please allow me up to 48 hours to reply.
- Refunds will only be given for pre-booked block sessions at my discretion. Please trust that I will always do my best to be fair and understanding. Again, I expect my clients to do the same. In cases where a refund is granted, this will be at 50% of any remaining session cost. Travel costs are not included.
- All clients are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Any form of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to immediately terminate a session, leave the premises, and refuse any future services if such behaviour occurs. In these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Clients are welcome to raise questions or concerns regarding training or advice, provided this is done in a respectful and appropriate manner.
- For my housesit and train service, cancellations made within 2 months of my stay will only be entitled to half of the deposit total. Cancellations made within a month, will not be liable for any refund.
- It is not my responsibility to chase up un-booked sessions, unless it is me who has requested to reschedule. Any clients with outstanding sessions that have not chased up within 4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed with me, will be non-redeemable with no refund option available.
- If you are unwell, then it is your responsibility to let me know prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being terminated early and the appointment still being charged.
- By making payment and commencing with any sessions with me, you are agreeing to the above.
