​If you are unhappy for whatever reason following the initial assessment, then you are not obligated to have any follow up sessions with me.

What to expect?

• An initial assessment takes around 2-3 hours. This is normally done at your home or over zoom for virtual clients.​
• Follow-up sessions are normally an hour long and done within your home/local area or over zoom for virtual clients.
• Ongoing 24/7 support is done through our own dedicated WhatsApp group.

How long will it take?

Progress is largely dependant on you implementing advice given and being an active participant in the behavioural modification process. Essentially, the more you put in, the more you will get out. However, most clients begin to see progress shortly after the initial assessment with significant progress typically made within 4-6 sessions.

Prices

​An initial assessment is charged at a flat rate of £250.

Follow-up sessions are charged at £70/hour*.
